摘要:
为了研究ADAMS软件对工程中因为刚柔耦合产生的高速及大变形问题的解决能力,通过分析其多体系统动力学理论基础,发现ADAMS软件在柔性体刚柔耦合方面存在的缺陷。以MSC.ADAMS软件为基本仿真软件,通过ANSYS软件与其联合使用,对旋转柔性板和柔性梁的动力学问题进行仿真。将仿真结果与现有文献的计算结果进行比较,说明ADAMS在考虑大变形以及高转速刚柔耦合动力学计算方面的局限性。在计算高速以及大变形问题时,ADAMS结果发散,计算失效,而一次模型的结果是收敛和准确的。
Abstract:
To research the ability of ADAMS of solving the highseed and large deformation problems caused by rigidflexible coupling in engineering,this paper tries to discover some defects of ADAMS in rigidflexible coupling problems about flexible bodies by analyzing its multibody system dynamic theoretical basis.The dynamic simulations of a rotating flexible plate and beam are carried out respectively by using ADAMS and ANSYS.The comparisons of the simulation results and the calculation results of existing archives show the limitations of ADAMS in the dynamic calculations considering large deformation and highspeed rigidflexible coupling.In the calculation of highspeed and large deformation problems,the results of the ADAMS are divergent and invalid,and the results of the first order model are convergent and accurate.
