摘要:
为了研究《国家军用标准—炸药试验方法—卡片式隔板法》(国军标)条件下冲击波在有机玻璃中的衰减特性,对其传播规律和衰减特性进行了数值模拟研究。采用显示有限元程序AUTODYN,并利用理论计算及锰铜压力计测试方法验证了数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明:通过实验测得的国军标条件下冲击波在有机玻璃中的衰减规律为p=17.0e-0.0537x,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,能够准确预测冲击波在有机玻璃中的衰减规律。利用数值模拟方法分析讨论了冲击波压力在隔板中的衰减特性。研究发现:随着隔板长度的增加侧向稀疏波的影响将会越来越显著。
Abstract:
To research the shock wave attenuation properties in polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)under the experimental condition of 《National Military Standard—Explosive Test Method—Card Gap Experiment》,the propagation characteristics and attenuation properties are numerically simulated.The explicit dynamic finiteelement program AUTODYN is used,and the reliability of the numerical simulation is validated by experimental test with manganin gauges and theoretical calculation.The results show that the shock wave attenuation law in PMMA is p=17.0e-0.0537x by means of experimental method,and the numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental results.The numerical simulation method can predict accurately the shock wave attenuation properties in PMMA.The shock wave attenuation properties in gaps are analyzed and discussed by using the numerical simulation method.The research shows that the influence of the side rarefaction wave becomes more and more important with increase of the gap length.
