摘要:
为了研究大口径转管机枪在轻型三脚架上射击时枪架和枪管的变形和振动对射击密集度的影响,该文基于ADAMS软件建立了该武器系统的刚柔体耦合虚拟样机模型,对整枪系统射击的动力学和运动学特性进行了仿真计算。在不考虑土壤变形的条件下,对两种拓扑结构的三脚架机枪系统的射击密集度和柔性体部件的变形量进行了对比。动力学仿真和外弹道计算表明:三脚架采用支撑弧板结构后,枪管和枪架的变形量明显减小,转管机枪70%射击散布圆半径减小35.7%,说明射击过程中枪架的下架变形和上架转动对枪管变形和膛口跳动有放大作用,采用支撑弧板可以有效减少枪架的变形,提高射击密集度。
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the barrel deformation and vibration to the fire density of the gatling gun fire on the light tripod,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body model is established through ADAMS,and the dynamics and kinematics of the system are simulated.Ignoring the influence of the soil deformation,the fire density and the deformation of flexible bodies of the gatling gun on two different structures tripods are compared.When an arc-shaped support plate tripod is adopted,the deformations of the barrels and the tripod of the gatling gun decrease significantly,and the radius of 70% scattered circle is reduced 35.7%.The results show that the deformation of the bottom carriage and the rotation of the upper carriage enhance the barrel deformation and muzzle vibration,the arc-shaped support plate can reduce the tripod deformation effectively and raise the fire density.
