摘要:
该文针对主流文献有关模块化创新效应的争论,以潜在吸收能力和实现吸收能力为中介变量,对模块化创新效应进行了检验。使用多元回归统计分析方法,采用社会科学统计软件包SPSS软件,通过对124家中国高新技术企业样本的实证分析,验证了模块化对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,也会促进潜在吸收能力和实现的吸收能力的提升; 潜在吸收能力在模块化影响创新绩效的作用关系中起到部分中介作用,实现的吸收能力在模块化对创新绩效影响中的部分中介效应同样得到验证。研究结论有利于识别企业跨边界合作技术创新的内在动力。
Abstract:
Based on existing debates on the issue if and how modularity influences innovation,this paper studies the relationship between modularity and innovation performance as well as the mediating effect of absorptive capacity by conducting an empirical analysis of a sample of 124 high-tech enterprises in China.The results show that modularity has a positive effect on innovation performance and also promotes both potential and realized absorptive capacity.The potential absorptive capacity partially mediates the relationship between modularity and innovation performance,and so does the realized absorptive capacity.This study contributes to the mainstream contention about modular innovation effect by verifying the positive influence of modularity on corporate technology innovation.
