摘要:
针对压机诊断系统的数据更新不及时、诊断方法单一等缺点,设计了基于Web的压机故障诊断系统。通过基于Web的专家系统实现了故障的查询与诊断。故障信息采用文本、数值、图片等多媒体形式表达。使用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和组态王软件获取现场实时数据,通过与服务器端数据库的交互,完成了故障的实时监测。客户端与服务器端的通讯使用了Ajax技术和可缩放矢量图形(SVG)语言,提高了数据传输的效率。测试结果表明该系统具有数据更新简单、故障表达清楚、可远程监测等优点。
Abstract:
Aiming at the drawbacks of data updating delay and single fault diagnosis of powder molding press machines,a Web-based fault diagnosis system is proposed here.The queries and diagnoses for machine failures are implemented by the Web-based expert system.The fault information of this system is expressed by multimedia such as texts,numerical value and pictures.The real-time fault detection is completed by the interaction between the server database and the real-time field data obtained through programmable logic controller(PLC)and Kingview.The efficiency of data transmission is improved by the asynchronous JavaScript and XML(Ajax)and scalable vector graphics(SVG)language used to transmit the information between clients and servers.The test results show that the system has the advantages of simple data updating,clear fault expression and remote detection.
