摘要:
为了解决长期演进系统中与负载均衡相关的一个冲突,该文提出了优化的冲突避免方法。该方法不仅通过改变小区特殊偏置进行冲突避免,同时考虑用户移动速度。通过调整切换触发时间和小区特殊偏置,动态调整负载均衡的切换操作范围,以解决冲突。通过仿真验证,该方法最高可提高网络平均吞吐量15 Mbit/s,最大降低呼叫掉话率15%,呼叫阻塞率和无线链路失败率也有明显的降低。
Abstract:
To solve the conflict about load balance(LB)in long term evolution(LTE)systems,an optimal method of conflict avoidance is proposed here.This method solves the conflict not only by changing the cell specific offset but also by considering the user speed.The cell specific offset and the time-to-trigger are coordinated,so that the handover range of LB is dynamically adjusted,and the conflict is solved.The numerical simulation results show that the proposed method can raise the average network throughput to not more than 15 Mbit/s and reduce the call dropping ratio to not more than 15%,and the call blocking ratio and the radio link failure ratio are decreased obviously.
