摘要:
针对现有某服役机型进行新型弹射系统改造的可行性理论分析,建立了以氮气作为驱动能源的组合式氮气弹射系统的数学物理模型。运用气体动力学理论,仿真分析了高压氮气推动活塞来推动悬挂物直至其完全脱离载机的运动过程。对该弹射系统中的4个结构参数对弹射性能的影响规律进行了仿真计算与分析。仿真计算表明:该装置能够达到项目设计指标要求,并能合理设定弹射系统各结构参数和物理参数值,从而使悬挂物弹射离机时的最大加速度和最大速度达到项目设计指标要求。
Abstract:
After the feasibility theoretical analysis of the new ejection system improvement of a certain existing service type,a mathematical physical model of combined nitrogen ejection system with the driving energy of nitrogen is established.By using gas dynamics theory,the movement process for high-pressure nitrogen driving the piston to propel the suspender until it is completely away from the nitrogen-ejection hook is simulated and analyzed.The influence laws of the four structural parameters of the ejection system on the ejection performances are simulated and analyzed.The simulation and calculation results show:the device can reach the index requirements of the object design.It can also set the structure and physical parameters of the ejection system reasonably to make the maximum acceleration and maximum speed reach the index requirements of the object design when the suspender is ejecting away from the airplane.
