摘要:
为了研究铁电陶瓷爆电换能器作引信用脉冲种子电源的可行性,设计了炮射环境下爆轰驱动飞片撞击式铁电陶瓷爆电换能装置的机械结构。依据一维爆轰驱动理论和撞击数值算法,计算并模拟了爆轰驱动下飞片的速度、应力和冲击载荷,分析了飞片与铁电陶瓷撞击的全过程。实验采用高电压储能电容储存铁电陶瓷去极化的电能,并在磁通量压缩发生器螺线圈上进行了瞬态放电。实验结果显示:铁电陶瓷爆电换能器的换能率约为理论值的85%,脉冲电容存储的能量能够在0.2 Ω、18 μH的螺线圈上形成50 A的峰值电流,其中大于40 A的电流脉宽达到20 μs,能够满足引信用脉冲种子电源的要求。
Abstract:
To study the feasibility of ferroelectric ceramics explosive to electrical transducer used as the seed power of fuse,the mechanical structure of ferroelectric ceramics explosive to electrical transducer with explosive-driven flyer and impacting is designed in cannon shooting environment.According to the one-dimensional explosive-driven theory and impact numerical algorithm,the velocity,stress and impact load of the explosive-driven flyer are numerically calculated and simulated,the impact process between the flyer and ferroelectric ceramics is analyzed.The electric energy of ferroelectric ceramics depolarization is stored up by high voltage energy storage capacitor,and the transient discharge is done on the spiral of flux compressing producer.The experimental results show that the depolarization discharging rate of the ferroelectric ceramics explosive to electrical transducer is about 85% of the theoretical value.The peak current of 50 A can be formed on the spiral with the electrical parameters of 0.2 Ω and 18 μH by the storage energy of the impulse electric capacity,among which the pulse width of more than 40 A current reaches 20 μs meeting the initiation timing requirement of the pulsed seed power of the fuse.
