摘要:
为提高胶料的综合性能,将锡偶联高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(HVSSBR)和锡偶联中乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(MVSSBR)进行机械共混。通过差示扫描量热(DSC)分析、动态力学分析(DMA)和拉伸测试等研究了共混胶的相容性、物理机械性能及动态力学性能。结果表明:HVSSBR和MVSSBR可以任何比例相容,生胶的DSC及其相应的硫化胶的DMA均显示一个玻璃化温度; 随HVSSBR的增加,共混胶的耐磨耗性能和耐疲劳性能下降,抗湿滑性增加,滚动阻力几乎不变; 当共混胶中HVSSBR质量分数约为20%时,共混胶具有较好的综合性能。
Abstract:
The high 1,2-vinyl content Sn-coupled solution styrene-butadiene rubber(HVSSBR)and middle 1,2-vinyl content Sn-coupled solution styrene-butadiene rubber(MVSSBR)are blended to improve the comprehensive properties of vulcanizates.The compatibility,dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical properties of blended rubbers are studied by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and tensile tests.The results show that the HVSSBR and MVSSBR could be compatible at any ratio with only one glass transition temperature in DSC of compounds and in DMA of corresponding vulcanizates.With the increase of HVSSBR,the fatigue resistance and abrasion resistance of the blended vulcanizates decrease,while the wet skid resistance increases apparently and the rolling resistance almost has no change.The blended vulcanizates exhibite optimal integrative properties when the HVSSBR content is about 20%.
