摘要:
为了寻找高效、钝感的含能催化剂,合成了Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)3种2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxides, ANPyO)的过渡金属配合物,并通过红外、元素分析、TG-DTG等手段对配合物进行了分析。用差示扫描量热法(Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)测试了3种配合物分别与环三亚甲基三硝胺(1,3,5-trinitrohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine, RDX)、环四亚甲基四硝胺(Octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine, HMX)、纤维素硝酸酯(Nitrocellulose, NC)和铝粉(Aluminum, Al)的相容性,结果表明Ni(Ⅱ)与Cu(Ⅱ)配合物与接触材料有较好的相容性; 用Kissinger法和Ozawa-Doyle法对配合物热分解过程中第一放热峰的表观活化能进行了计算; 感度测试结果表明:配合物感度较ANPyO有一定程度的降低,是不敏感的含能材料。研究了3种配合物对高氯酸铵(Ammonium perchlorate, AP)热分解催化效果的影响,结果表明:3种配合物都可以使AP的高温分解峰温提前,使分解速度加快,对AP具有良好的催化作用,其中Cu(Ⅱ)配合物催化效果最佳。
Abstract:
In order to find the efficient and insensitive energetic catalyst,three transition metal complexes as 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxides(ANPyO)with Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅱ)are synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and TG-DTG technologies.The compatibility with 1,3,5-trinitrohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(RDX),octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine(HMX),nitrocellulose(NC)and aluminum(Al)powder is also investigated separately using DSC technology,showing that Ni(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)complexes have better compatibility.The kinetic parameters of the first exothermic process of three complexes are studied by the Kissinger's and Ozawa-Doyle's methods.The sensitivity test results show that the complexes are insensitive energetic compounds which have lower sensitivity compared with ANPyO.Meanwhile,these three complexes are used as catalysts and their activity towards the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP)are evaluated.The results show all the complexes can accelerate the processes and Cu(Ⅱ)complex has the best catalytic effect.
