摘要:
为了研制火炮发射动力学机理研究试验平台,提出了一种带液压缓冲缸的半密闭爆发器驱动火炮模拟后坐设计方案,建立了考虑液压缓冲和排气泄压过程的模拟后坐系统动力学和内弹道的分析模型。组建了试验测试系统,利用高速摄影相机测试后坐位移和速度,采用压电式压力传感器测试半密闭爆发器燃烧室火药气体压力。理论计算与试验测试结果有良好的一致性,验证了所建模型的正确性。
Abstract:
In order to develop an experimental platform for the mechanism research on the gun launching dynamics,a design scheme of the gun simulated recoil system driven by a semi-closed bomb with a hydraulic buffer cylinder is proposed.The dynamics model of the gun simulated recoil considering the processes of hydraulic buffer and pressure discharge reduction and the interior ballistics equations is formulated.The experimental test bed is constructed,the recoil displacement and velocity are tracked by the high-speed camera,and the combustion chamber pressure of the semi-closed bomb is measured by the piezoelectric pressure sensor.The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data and the theoretical model is validated.
