摘要:
为了检测圆筒结构层间界面缺陷,该文推导了多层厚壁空心圆筒中周向导波传播的解析方程。通过计算机编程研究了周向导波在多层厚壁中心圆筒中传播的频散现象和合成位移。与单层圆筒周向导波频散曲线比较发现:周向导波在多层厚壁中心圆筒中传播时,会发生明显的频散现象和模态干涉现象; 第一阶模态在高频时接近于无频散的Rayleigh面波; 第二阶模态具有在层间界面附近集中能量的特征,可用于层间界面缺陷的周向导波无损检测技术中; 随着波数的增加,最大合成位移逐渐由内壁向外壁移动; 当能量集中在界面处时,可选用该文方法提出的频率区间作为无损检测的频率激发范围。
Abstract:
To test the interlayer interfacial surface defects of cylindrical structures,an analysis equation of the propagation of guided circumferential waves in multi-layered thick-walled hollow cylinders is deduced.The phenomena of the frequency dispersion and resultant displacement are studied by using computer programming when the guided circumferential waves are propagating in multi-layered thick-walled hollow cylinders.Compared with the frequency dispersion curves of guided circumferential waves in single-layered hollow cylinders,the phenomena of the frequency dispersion and mode interactions are found when guided circumferential waves are propagating in multi-layered thick-walled hollow cylinders.The first wave mode approaches to the Rayleigh wave when the frequency tends to infinity.The second wave mode has larger energy distribution near the interface,which can be used for the non-destructive detection of the interfacial surface defects.The maximum resultant displacement moves outward with the increase of the wave number.The frequency of the method proposed here can be used for the nondestructive testing when the energy is distributing near the interface.
