摘要:
为了研究2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(ANPyO)对奥克托今(HMX)机械感度的影响,利用结晶包覆法制备了ANPyO/HMX复合物,并与混合法制备的样品进行比较。利用扫描电镜、激光粒径分析、热重分析法、差示扫描热分析、机械感度和爆速测试方法研究了2种样品的结构和性能。结果表明:结晶包覆法制备样品中ANPyO对HMX的包覆效果比混合法好,样品的平均粒径均在HMX与ANPyO粒径之间,分布更均匀; 热分解峰峰温均低于HMX,而高于混合法样品50.3 ℃; 机械感度低于HMX,且下降更显著。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the mechanical sensitivity influence of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxide(ANPyO)on the octogen(HMX),the ANPyO/HMX complexes are prepared by the crystal coating method and the mixing method respectively.The structures and properties of the two kinds of samples are characterized by the scanning electron microscope,the laser particle size analysis,the thermograimetry,the differential scanning calorimetry,and the mechanical sensitivity and detonation velocity tests.Results show that the crystal coating can make better ANPyO coating on the HMX than the mixing method.For the crystal coating samples,particles are more uniform and the average sizes are all between that of ANPyO and HMX,the thermal decomposition peak temperatures are lower than that of HMX and 50.3 ℃ higher than that of the mixing method samples,and the mechanical sensitivity are lower than that of HMX and decreases more significantly.
