摘要:
为了探索火箭武器闭锁机构解脱过程中火箭弹与定向器间动态冲击载荷对发射系统的影响规律,该文采用瞬态动力学方法分析了闭锁机构在瞬态冲击载荷作用下的性能及运动规律,计算结果揭示了定向钮、定位环和闭锁体等零部件的受力、变形及相互间动态响应情况。研究表明,闭锁机构与火箭弹间的载荷具有显著的瞬态特性,定向钮和定位环上载荷的变化频率达2 kHz; 指出闭锁机构的设计与优化应采用瞬态力学方法。
Abstract:
In order to find out the principle of impact on the rocket launching system exerted by the dynamic load between the rocket and the launching tube during the unlock process of the lock mechanism,this paper analyzes the property and motion of the lock mechanism under the transient impact load by using the transient dynamics method.Forces,deformations and interactive dynamic responses of the directional stick,the retaining ring and the lock body are presented.The results indicate that the load between the lock mechanism and the rocket has significant transient properties,and the frequency between the directional stick and the retaining ring is 2 kHz.It is advised that the transient dynamics method should be used in the design and optimization of the lock mechanism.
