摘要:
为了探索不同氮(N)条件下磷(P)对三角褐指藻产生物柴油的作用,采用6种培养基培养三角褐指藻,测定7 d内培养基中N、P质量浓度的变化、藻体生物量的变化和生物柴油脂肪酸的成分与质量分数。结果显示:无论有N或无N,从P充足、P限制到P缺乏,藻体生物量依次减少,生物柴油脂肪酸质量分数依次升高,缺P胁迫促使三角褐指藻产油; 由于P的存在不能弥补N缺乏带来的生物量降低,N缺乏时P充足对提高三角褐指藻的生物柴油产率没有作用; 无N时,P对提高微藻产生物柴油的刺激作用可能会随不同藻种而不同。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of phosphorus(P)on biodiesel production from Phaeodactylum tricornutum under different nitrogen(N)conditions,Phaeodactylum tricornutum are cultivated in six types of media.The mass concentration of N and P of media,biomass,composition and mass fraction of fatty acids of produced biodiesel during a 7-d cultivation period are measured.The result shows that from P-replete,P-limitation up to P-starvation both in N-replete and N-starvation,the biomass decreases and the mass fraction of fatty acids increases gradually for biodiesel production from Phaeodactylum tricornutum under phosphate deficiency stress.P-replete has no effect on the biodiesel productivity of P.tricornutum under N-starvation condition because sufficient P cannot make up for reduced biomass resulted from N-starvation.The effect of P on biodiesel production from microalgae may vary with microalgal species and/or strain without N.
