摘要:
针对冷轧带钢生产过程对在线板形可视化的实际需求,该文提出基于B样条曲线拟合的横截面板形仿真和基于递推B样条曲面拟合的平直度板形仿真方法,并利用实际过程数据进行了仿真应用。结果表明,所提方法具有拟合误差小、板形缺陷特征易提取和三维板形显示效果逼真等优点,可作为实际轧制生产过程的一种实用技术手段。
Abstract:
To meet the need of online shape visualization of strip production in the cold-rolled steel industry,a dynamic shape simulation method based on curve/surface fitting with recursive B-spline is proposed.Simulation and application results using the real steel production data show that,the proposed method has the smaller fitting error and the better 3D shape visualization performance,and it can make the shape defect patterns easier to be extracted and be used as a practical tool for shape visualization in real steel rolling processes.
