摘要:
该文提出了一种运用单个控制器控制多个机械手的冲压自动线集中式控制方案。以冰箱压缩机支撑板的冲压生产为研究对象,构建了由6个机械手、4台冲床、1个翻转机和1个上料机组成的冲压自动线。该冲压自动线采用安川MP2300控制器,运用M/II总线控制6个机械手,通过I/O开关量信号与冲床、翻转机和上料机交互。该冲压自动线调试结果表明:在满足产品生产工艺和稳定性要求的前提下,系统运行最高节拍可达8 s/个。
Abstract:
A centralized control scheme using a single controller to control multiple robots for a automatic stamping line is proposed here.An automatic stamping line composed of six manipulators,four punching machines,a flipper machine and a feeding machine is constructed for a refrigerator compressor support plate.A motion controller of Yaskawa MP2300 is chosen for the automatic stamping line which could control six handling robots with an M/II data bus and interact with a flipping machine,a feeding machine and four punch machines via some input or output switch-type signals.Debugging results of the automatic stamping line prove that the fastest rate of 8 seconds per piece is obtained and the requirements of stability and safety are satisfied.
