摘要:
核磁共振图像伪影校正是当前图像处理领域的研究重点,为了有效消除核磁共振图像中的伪影,提高医学图像质量,该文提出一种基于改进Canny的核磁共振图像伪影校正算法。首先对当前核磁共振图像伪影校正的研究现状进行分析、指出存在的不足,然后采用Canny算法对伪影边缘进行检测和识别,并采用双边滤波代替高斯滤波消除核磁共振图像中的噪声、增强核磁共振图像中的伪影信息,采用Otsu法选定图像分割的最优阈值,最后采用B样条法校正异常投影数据,并采用仿真实验对算法性能进行分析。结果证明,该文算法有效抑制了核磁共振图像中的伪影,视觉效果和客观结果均要优于其它伪影校正算法,更加有利于核磁共振图像的后续处理。
Abstract:
Correction of magnetic resonance imaging artifact is a hot research in the field of image processing.In order to eliminate the artifacts in magnetic resonance imaging and improve the quality of magnetic resonance imaging,a new algorithm based on the improved Canny is proposed in this paper.We analyze the current research situation of magnetic resonance imaging artifact correction,and point out their shortcomings,and use the improved Canny operator to detect and identify the false image edge.Bilateral filtering is used to remove the noise and enhance the artifact information of magnetic resonance imaging while the optimal threshold is selected by the Otsu method.The B spine method is used to correct the abnormal projection data and the performance of the algorithm are verified by simulation experiments.The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively suppress the artifacts in the magnetic resonance imaging,and the visual effect and objective results are better than the current classical correction algorithms,which is conducive to the following processing of magnetic resonance imaging.
