摘要:
为实现气压式驻车制动系统的自动控制,研究了驻车控制阀的充放气特性及控制方法。通过分析重型车驻车制动系统的结构及工作原理,设计了气压式电子驻车制动系统的总体方案。分析了弹簧制动缸的力学性能,对电磁阀的快速充放气特性进行了研究,并与传统手动阀做了比较。分析了脉冲宽度调制(Pulse width modulation,PWM)的控制方法,研究了驻车制动系统控制阀在PWM控制下占空比与充气速率的关系。实验结果证明电磁阀可按需求保压并且可通过改变PWM信号占空比调节电磁阀充气速率。
Abstract:
In order to realize the automatic control of a pneumatic parking brake system,the charging and discharging characteristics of the parking control valves and its control method is studied.Analysing the structure and working principle of a heavy duty car parking brake system,this paper designs an overall scheme of the pneumatic electronic parking brake system.The mechanical properties of the spring brake cylinder is analyzed.The charging and discharging characteristics of the electromagnetic valve is studied and compared with the traditional manual valve.The control method of the pulse width modulation(PWM)is analyzed.The relationship between the inflation rate and the PWM duty ratio of the control valve is studied.The experimental results show that the solenoid valve can preserve pressure according to the demand and can adjust the aeration rate of the solenoid valve by changing the PWM signal duty ratio.
