摘要:
为提升车辆在低速(通常小于15 km/h)碰撞工况下的防撞性能,该文给出一种新型蜂窝铝结构吸能盒。建立了低速碰撞仿真有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA进行碰撞分析。选取新型蜂窝铝吸能盒结构中钣金件的厚度、几何形状等设计参数,建立该问题的数学优化模型,利用帕累托最优理论和多目标遗传算法,得到该优化问题的帕累托解集空间,并运用标准边界交叉(Normal-boundary intersection,NBI)法找出最优设计方案。与传统结构吸能盒相比,在不增加结构质量的前提下,该吸能盒能够显著提升车辆在低速碰撞工况下的防撞性能。
Abstract:
In order to improve the vehicle crashworthiness under low-speed(usually less than 15 km/h)collision conditions,a new crash box with the aluminum honeycomb structure is proposed here.A finite element model for the low-speed collision analysisis is set up and the analysis is carried out by using the LS-DYNA.By choosing the thickness and the shape of the aluminum honeycomb crash box structure as design parameters,the mathematical optimization model is established.The multi-objective genetic algorithm and the Pareto optimality theory are applied to obtain the Pareto solution set,then the normal-boundary intersection method is used to find the optimal design scheme.Compared with the traditional structure,the new structure can improve the performance of the vehicle under the low-speed impact condition without gaining much more weight.
