摘要:
该文分析了质量与成本、质量与时间之间的关系。运用波动理论和质量损失函数方法分析了质量与成本之间的关系。运用Little定律分析了质量与时间的关系。通过某加工中心的实例表明:当标准差减少50%时,质量损失降低了50%,制造过程的平均等待时间和在制品数分别减少至原来的1/6和1/4。
Abstract:
The relationship between quality and cost,quality and lead time is analyzed here.The relationship between quality and cost is analyzed using wave theory and the quality loss function.The relationship between quality and lead time is analyzed using Little law.An example of a machining center shows that when the standard deviation reduces by 50%,the quality loss reduces by 50%,and the average waiting time and the number of work in process drop to one fourth and one sixth of the old ones respectively.
