摘要:
为了探究生物多样性和灭蚊措施对西尼罗病毒疾病传播的影响,根据疾病的传播机理,该文建立了包含多个物种和蚊子叮咬偏好的媒介-宿主传染病模型。通过求解再生矩阵谱半径得到基本再生数表达式,判断了无病平衡点的局部稳定性。运用敏感性分析得到对基本再生数R0影响最大的参数是蚊子对鸟的叮咬偏好和蚊子的捕杀率,并通过数值仿真探究了生物多样性和灭蚊措施对病毒传播的影响。结果显示,补充更多的叮咬偏好较大的动物物种、增大感染鸟类的死亡率和提高灭蚊效率,可以降低感染人群的峰值和疾病爆发的风险。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the effect of the biodiversity and the mosquito control on the transmission of West Nile virus disease,a vector-host epidemic model incorporating the multiple hosts and the mosquito host biting preference is formulated based on the transmission mechanism of West Nile virus disease. By using the method of the next generation matrix,the basic reproduction number determining the local stability of the disease free equilibrium is derived. The sensitivity analysis shows that the mosquito host biting preference on birds and the mosquito control are the two most important parameters on the basic reproduction number R0. The effect of the biodiversity and the mosquito control on the transmission dynamics of West Nile virus disease is studied by the numerical simulations The results suggest that the infection peak and the risk of disease outbreak can be reduced by recruiting more animals species with greater biting preference,increasing the mortality of infectious birds and improving the efficiency of the mosquito control.
