摘要:
为了提高汽车驱动桥试验的自动化程度,更好地模拟汽车实际工况,研制了一种先进的驱动桥试验台。该试验台加载系统由于制动器和电动缸组成,结构简单、成本低;主电机由变频器控制,运转速度可随时调整。此外,试验台采用可编程控制系统,可自动进行驱动桥的磨合、差速、噪声等方面的试验,并可根据不同要求,调整试验程序。文章详细介绍了试验台的构造和工作原理
Abstract:
To improve the automat ic deg ree of the automobile driving shaf t’ s test and bet ter simulate the automobile operating mode, an advanced test machine has been developed. T he load system of the machine is simple-st ructur ed and low -costed. It consist s of hand brakes and elect ric cylinders. The major motor can be cont rolled and ther efore it ’s speed can be changed easily. In addit ion, the pro grammable cont roller enables the machine to automat ically test the g rinding condit io n, the differ ent ial speed, the no ise and etc. , and to adjust the test pr ocedure according to dif ferent r equirement s. In this paper the st ructure and mechanism are discussed in detail.
