摘要:
该文阐述了喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫的原理与喷射鼓泡反应器的结构,采用该反应器实验研究了湿法烟气脱硫的化学吸收工艺。实验结果表明,吸收浆液的pH值、气体喷射器的浸入深度L、气体压降Δp、石灰的质量百分数浓度w及石灰颗粒尺寸对脱硫反应过程和系统的操作有较大的影响。控制pH=5.5~6.5、L≤200mm、Δp≤1800Pa、w≤5%和使用200目的石灰颗粒,可达到90%以上的脱硫率和95%以上的钙利用率,以及系统操作稳定、无结垢问题。
Abstract:
T his paper ex pounded the principle of jet bubbling flue gas desulfurizat ion and the st ructure of jet bubbling reactor ( JBR) . T he react ion kinetics of w et flue gas desulfurizat ion w as invest ig ated by using JBR. The experimental result s indicate that the desulfurizat ion process and the system operation ar e affected by pH value of absorption slurry , the submerg ence depth o f gas sparger L , g as pressure dro p Δp , weight per centage o f lime w and par ticle size of lime. Above 90% of SO2 remov al and above 95% of calcium ut ilizatio n as w ell as stable system o perat io n w itho ut scaling can be achieved by co nt rol ling pH= 5. 5~6. 5, L ≤200 mm, Δp ≤1 800 Pa, w ≤5 %, and using 200 mesh par ticles o f lime.
