摘要:
该文介绍了喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫在工业锅炉上应用的情况。喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫工艺由石灰浆液配制系统、脱硫除尘反应系统和产物处理系统等组成。喷射鼓泡反应器(JBR)集脱硫除尘于一体,具有气体压降小、液气比高,能达到90%以上的脱硫率和95%以上的除尘率等特点。JBR脱硫系统的设备投资与运行费用低,1t/h锅炉的设备投资约为1.25万元,去除1tSO的费用约125元。JBR脱硫系统操作容易而稳定,没有结垢问题,表现出推广应用的潜力。
Abstract:
T his paper presented the applicat ion of jet bubbling flue g as desulfurizat ion in the indust rial boilers. The desulfurizat ion sy stem is composed o f a lime slurry compounding system, a SO2 and f ly-ash r emoval system and a product-tr eatment system. Jet bubbl ing reactor ( JBR) is capable of remo ving both SO2 and part iculates, and has low gas pr essure drop and high liquid to g as rat io. Above 90 % remov al of SO2 and above 95% remov al of part iculates can be achieved. JBR desulfurizat ion system has low inv estment and oper at ing cost s. Fo r example, about 12 500 yuan for a 1 t / h boiler, and 125 yuan fo r remov ing one ton of SO2 . JBR desulfurizat ion sy stem has easy stable o perat io n without scaling . It has show n the potent ial o f applicat io n.
