摘要:
该文用权函数法求解了由温度应力引起的厚壁壳体内表面裂纹的应力强度因子,推导了计算应力强度因子的权函数公式,这些公式可用于不同材料、温度、裂纹深度和尺寸的厚壁壳体在不同温度下应力强度因子的计算。同时还得到了一些温度应力强度因子随裂纹深度变化的规律,这些规律对厚壁壳体的设计及工程应用有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
Weight funct ion is approached to st ress intensity facto rs for half-ellipitical surface cracks in the temperature st ress. T he weight funct io n fo rmula are wo rked o ut and can be used for all kinds of materials, temperatur es, cracks and different thick walled shells to compute the str ess intensity factors. At the same t ime, the rule of the st ress intensity factors in the temperature st ress of thick w al l shells w ith the change of cr ack depths is obtained. T he rule is of some reference value to the desig n and engineering o f the thick w all shells.
