摘要:
根据落膜塔原理 ,一个中试湿法烟气脱硫 (WFGD)系统被建立用来模拟工业气液并流填料塔的 SO2 吸收过程。该系统由 10 0 k W的天然气燃烧器、直径3.2 6 cm高 5 m的湿壁塔和 110 L的持液槽等组成。该系统能等温操作 ,主要操作参数如进塔 SO2 浓度、浆液 p H值和 L/G比等能被控制在设定值。该系统能用于石灰石 /石灰的 WFGD研究 ,同时为湿壁塔 WFGD模型研究提供了原型和模型验证的实验手段
Abstract:
A pilot-scale system o f w et f lue gas desulfurizat ion( WFGD) , based on the fall ing file principle, has been built to simulate SO2 absorpt ion of a full-scale w et FGD packed tow er w ith co-curr ent gas-slurry f low . The system consist s of the natural gas burner of 100 kW, the w et ted-w all column w ith an inner diameter of 3. 26 cm and a length of 5 m, and the holding tank of 110 L. The system can be isothermally o perated. T he main oper at ing parameters, i. e. inlet co ncent rat io n of SO2 , pH value of the slurry , and L/ G rat io can be cont rolled at v alues desired. The sy stem can be used to invest igate limestone/ lime WFGD, and also prov ide the base o f w et FGD model of the w etted-w all columm and the ex perimental tool to evaluate the model predictions.
