摘要:
串联双药室火炮运用了一种新型发射原理,在膛压不高的情况下,可提高弹丸的初速,这对于现有火炮的改造具有广泛应用前景。该文建立了串联双药室火炮的经典内弹道模型,并进行了数值模拟,讨论了不同因素对内弹道性能的影响。计算结果表明,(1)装药质量比例对初速影响较大,有一个最佳值;(2)点火延迟也有一个最佳值,太大火药烧不完,太小起不到接力效果;(3)初速随活塞质量的变化是先增大而后减少。文末分析了串联双药室火炮的发展动向及应用前景
Abstract:
Serial double-chamber gun is a new-type laucher. It can increase the project ile muzzle velocity, but the maximum pressure is not too high. This has prosperous applicat ions in improving present guns. In this paper, a classical model of serial double-chamber is established and numerical simulation is conducted. The ef fects of dif ferent factors on interior ballist ics are discussed. T he calculat ion result s indicate: ( 1) The effect s of charge ratio on muzzle velocity are too big, but it has a best value. ( 2) If the ignit ion delay is too big, the propellants canÄt be burnt ; if the ignit ion is too small, the improvement effects are small. ( 3) The variat ion of muzzle veloc-i ty with piston weig ht is increased f irst , and then decreased. At last , the development direct ions and applicat ion prospects are also analysed.
