摘要:
该文论述了汽车安全气囊磁电式传感器的工作原理。对传感器进行了结构设计和电路设计。同时对加工的传感器样机进行了模拟冲击实验。提出的传感器具有较大的测量范围。加速度为0 到588 m/ s 2 , 时间脉宽为0 到20 ms 可调。识别电路具有峰值和时间双重判别。该传感器是一种新型的汽车安全气囊传感器。
Abstract:
T he paper describes the w orking principle of magnetic-electric sensor in safety airbag of automobile. Structure and elect ric circuit of this sensor is designed and impact ex per-i ment for this sensor is simulated. In the paper the sensor has a w ide range of measurement . The accelerat ion peak value is from 0 to 588 m/ s2, w idth of time pulse is from 0 ms to 20 ms. Ident ificable elect rical circuit has dual discriminat ion characteristics of peak value and t ime. It is a new kind of sensor used in safety airbag of automobile.
