摘要:
自动引导小车 (AGV)作为FMS的物流系统中的工件运输装置 ,主要负责系统内的工件运输 ,其功能的好坏直接影响到整个系统的效率。FFS5 0 0 2是我国80年代从国外引进的一条柔性制造系统生产线 ,现AGV控制系统无法运行 ,需要进行改造。该文提出用先进的工控机和交流伺服控制系统改造原系统 ,以提高系统的可靠性和通用性 ,恢复其正常功能。文中详细讨论了控制系统的硬件结构及伺服控制 ,对系统的软件进行了模块化设计
Abstract:
As the part t ransport ing device of the materia-l flow system in Flexible Manufacturing System ( FMS) , Automatic Guide Vehicle ( AGV) is responsible for the t ransportation of part s in the system. Its funct ions directly affect the total eff iciency. FFS500-2 w as one of the FMSs int roduced f rom abroad in the 80’ s. Now the control system of AGV doesn. t operate effect ively and must be rebuilt. In this paper, a new advanced method is presented in w hich the cont rol system uses the indust rial computer and AC servo control system to replace the old system. The purpose of such a construction is to improve the system. s reliability and applicability and to restore the normal functions. The hardw are structure and servo control for the cont rol system, and the module design of softw are as well, are discussed.
