摘要:
该文建立了固体工质电热化学炮 (SPETCG)内弹道一维两相流模型。对常规火炮两相流模型的主要改进包括 :在初期点火阶段 ,建立了描述等离子体射流分布的积分近似数学模型 ;在燃烧阶段 ,引入了描述等离子体射流的混合长度模型和燃烧增强因子。并且考虑了高温等离子体环境对相间换热的强化效应。根据SPETCG环境中等离子体射流注入特点 ,在计算网格设计中引入了自适应方法。通过与常规弹道作比较 ,指出了SPETCG内弹道过程与常规弹道不同的特点 ,为SPETCG的弹道设计提供了理论依据
Abstract:
T he one-dimensional tw o-phase flow model of solid propellant elect rothermal chemical g un ( SPETCG) is established in the paper. An extension of conventional two-phase flow model for study of f lame-spreading in gun ballist ics includes: in the early part of the ballist ic cycle, an integ ra-l numerical method has been developed to describe the plasma jet penet rat ion; within the major ballist ic cycle, a leng th model of plasma penetration and an electrical enhancement factor have been int roduced into the tw o-phase flow model. Moreover, enhancement effect s of high temperature plasma on interphase heat exchange have been taken into account . According to the character of plasma jet inject ion in the SPET CG, an adapt ive g rid t reatment is incorporated in the model. The calculat ions show that there are some dif ferent characters betw een SPET CG interior ballist ic process and convent ional process, and it provides theoretical evidence for the SPETCG ballist ic desig n.
