摘要:
以中试喷射鼓泡反应器 (JBR)为基础 ,该文建立了一种基于全混流的JBR湿法烟气脱硫数学模型 ,包括SO2 在石灰浆液中的吸收模型和JBR反应器模型。根据模型方程可求得在JBR任一位置处各组分浓度及pH值与烟气中初始SO2 浓度的关系值 ,并可计算SO2 在石灰浆液中的吸收速率、气液相传质系数及气液有效比表面积。模型在中试JBR系统中得到实验验证 ,实验结果与模型预测的情况具有较好的一致性。
Abstract:
The paper introduced a perfect ly mixed flow mathematics model of wet f lue gas desulfurization (WFGD) for a pilot-scale jet bubbling reactor ( JBR) , including the absorption model of SO2 in lime slurry and a JBR reactor model. Prof iles of different special concentration and pH value in JBR w ere predicted by equat ions of the model. The absorpt ion rate of SO2, gasliquild phase mass-t ransfer coeff icient s and effect ive specific interfacial area are calculated w ith the model. The model w as test ified in the process of lime WFGD. T he results show that the conclusions predicted by the model are in good agreement w ith the ex periments.
