摘要:
采用酸滴定法 ,在实验室小试装置中实验研究了湿法烟气脱硫中石灰石溶解特性。试验了 2个不同来源的石灰石。发展了一个建于质量传递控制基础上的数学模型 ,用于描述石灰石溶解过程。模型预测的石灰石转化率以及颗粒尺寸分布和 pH值对石灰石溶解速率的影响能很好地与实验数据吻合。较小的石灰石颗粒尺寸、较低的 pH值和C1 -主体浓度有利于石灰石溶解速率的提高
Abstract:
The characterization of limestone dissolut ion for wet flue gas desulfurizat ion w as invest igated in a laboratory batch apparatus using acid t it rat ion. Two limestones of dif ferent or-i g in w ere tested. A mathematical model, based on mass t ransport cont rolling, w as developed to describe limestone dissolut ion process. Model predictions w ere in good agreement w ith ex per-i mental data such as the degree of limestone conversion, and the effects of particle size distribut ion ( PSD) and pH value on limestone dissolut ion rate. Smaller particle size of limestone, low er pH value and Cl- bulk concentration are beneficial to the increase of limestone dissolut ion rate.
