摘要:
以水玻璃和Ti(SO4) 2 为原料 ,制备出TiO2 /SiO2 纳米复合粒子。用高浓度无机包覆剂溶液在复合粒子表面包覆一层无机结晶膜 ,根据无机包覆剂的热分析曲线 ,在干燥过程中连续采用 80℃和 1 2 0℃对包覆有无机改性剂的复合粒子沉淀进行真空干燥 ,在 6 0 0℃马弗炉中焙烧。用热处理使粒子表面的结晶膜分解后 ,获得单分散的纳米复合粒子。运用XRD、TEM和FTIR对复合粒子进行表征 ,发现TiO2 以 1 2 .6nm左右的纳米晶粒的形式被SiO2 膜包覆 ,所形成的复合粒子约为2 0nm ,且为单分散纳米粒子 ;复合粒子中有Ti—O—Si键的生成
Abstract:
Porous nanometer TiO2/ SiO2 composite part icles w ere prepared by Ti( SO4) 2 and w ater glass. Hig h concent rat ion inorganic surface modif ier solut ion w as used to form modifier crystal f ilm on nanometer composite part icles. T he heat t reatment process, which is one of the key points of the ex periment, w as divided into three stages based on the TA- TG test ing of the modif ier solut ion, and 80 ℃, 120 ℃ and 600 ℃ w ere employed at each stage. Af ter heat treatment , the modifier crystal film on particles w as decomposed. Consequently, w el-l dispersed nanometer composite powder w as obtained. T he characterist ics of the composite particles w ere invest igated by means of XRD, TEM and FT IR. It w as indicated that T iO2 part icles w ere coated w ith porous SiO2 film in the form of 12. 6 nm crystal part icles, and the composite part-i cles w ere about 20 nm in single-dispersed form. And Ti - O - Si bonds were formed in the T iO2/ SiO2 nanometer composite part icles.
