摘要:
结合某车载自动迫击炮的特点,建立了考虑自动机运动的全炮动力学模型,通过连发射击炮口动态仿真,分析了炮口偏离理想位置的情况及其对射击密集度的影响。分析结果表明:四连发射击时,炮口在30 mm×50 mm范围内移动及-0.4°~1.5°以内转动,其运动规律为周期振动,由于最大振幅出现的时刻离弹丸出炮口的时刻有一定时间间隔,因此炮口运动对射击密集度造成的影响较小。在此基础上,利用网络图全面预测了炮口运动在高低射界及方向射界内的变化趋势,以及对射击密集度的影响程度,并提出了有关改进建议,为该武器系统的研制提供了重要的理论参考依据。
Abstract:
A dynamic model is constructed for a vehicle mounted automatic mortar, including the motion of automat. The muzzle disturbance and its effects on firing density are analyzed by the way of the dynamic simulation of muzzle motion on the uninterrupted fire. The obtained results show that the muzzle motion has small impacts on firing density because the motion is periodic, and the t ime at which project flies out of muzzle is far from that of mot ion peak value although the muzzle translates within the area of 30 mm× 50 mm, and rotates from - 0. 4b to 1. 5° when the mortar continually launches with 4 rounds. Finally, the trend of muzzle motion under various elevat ing and traverse angles and the related sensitivity analysis are represented by the tool of net graph, and some suggestions for refined design are presented, which is of importance in development of this weapon system.
