摘要:
该文给出了求解惯性筒上的曲折槽与销之间的滑动静摩擦系数的一种方法,介绍了引信曲折槽机构。由于惯性筒上的曲折槽与销间的为线接触甚至点接触,因此针对此处较为特殊的摩擦系数进行研究。建立了某引信曲折槽机构的数学模型,由压力测试机测得使曲折槽机构开始运动的启动压力,求解了惯性筒上的曲折槽与销之间的滑动静摩擦系数。结果表明:该摩擦数据可用于引信机构的仿真,使其更接近于真实情况。
Abstract:
This paper presents a method of calculating the static sliding friction factor between zigzag slot and pin. A brief description of the fuse zigzag slot mechanism is given. Because of the line contact or even point contact between zigzag slot and pin, its friction is different and needs to be studied. The mathematical model of the fuse zigzag slot mechanism is built. The star-t up pressure is tested by pressure machine. The static sliding friction factor between zigzag slot and pin is calculated. The last part of the paper presents the application of stat ic sliding friction factor between zigzag slot and pin. The data are obtained to approach the true movement in simulation of fuses.
