摘要:
有限变形理论应用于金属塑性成形过程模拟的基础之一是确定材料的本构模型。该文以铅作为试验材料,测定单向压缩有限变形和双向受约束两种情形下的载荷位移曲线,建立了基于欧拉描述的铅有限变形本构方程。由有限变形理论推导出单向压缩和平面应变有限元模型。数值算例给出了载荷位移变化规律。结果表明,欧拉描述有限变形本构方程适合于铅的有限变形压缩规律的描述。
Abstract:
The keypoint to simulate the metal forming process by using finite defor mationtheory is to define the constitutive equations of the material.Byusing lead as the testingmaterial, the compres-sive load-displacement curves under unidirectional and bidirectional compressive conditions are gained respectively. The corresponding constitutive equations based on finited eformation theory are presented. The finite element modalsared educed in the case of the above two compressive condi-tions. By using the models, the load-displacement variable laws under the finite deformation condi-tion are calculated and compared with the experimental data. There sults show that the finite deform-ationcons titutive equations based on Eulerian configuration are suitable for the compressive finitede-formation process of lead.
