摘要:
该文在澄清野战条件下的药温概念基础上,介绍了野战条件下装药环境温度不均匀性、装药内部温度不均匀性和传统药温测量误差严重性。分析表明,对野战环境下的整装式弹药和分装式弹药,现役炮兵传统药温测量误差(标准误差)分别为5.6~6.1℃和2.4~3.0℃。而从现代火炮系统射击精度需求角度,经查阅射表和论证可知,药温测量的单向偏差应不大于1℃,标准误差应不大于0.7℃。因此,传统药温测量误差超过了3~8倍。该文研发的药温实时测量装置,其精度(标准误差)达到了0.6℃,在国际同类产品中是先进的。
Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the concept of charge temperature in the field env ironmen,t th is paper d iscusses the unba lances of interna l temperature of charge and environment temperature and the serious ex tents of traditiona l charge temperaturemeasure error. In fac,t the tradit ional charge temperaturemeasure standard dev iations are separately 5. 6~ 6. 1 ℃ and 2. 4~ 3. 0 ℃ for separate loading ammunition and fixed round. From the view of modern w eapon system fire prec ision demands, it is found out that the charge temperature measurem aximum dev iation shou ld be less than 1 ℃ and the standard dev iation less than 0. 7 ℃ through read ing firing table andmak ing demonstration. Therefore, themeasure error o f trad itional charge temperature exceeds 3 to 8 times. A kind o f charge temperature measure equipment is developed w hose measure precision ( standard error) reaches 0. 6℃ .
