摘要:
为获得在大炸高条件下具有良好飞行形态的线性爆炸成型弹丸(LEFP),该文主要利用通用有限元软件LS-DYNA3D,采用任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)算法,对在多棱和单棱线性起爆方式下的药型罩成型过程进行了数值模拟。对比两种起爆方式下LEFP头部和尾部的速度-时间曲线、药型罩各微元的速度梯度及断面形态,并且在5倍装药口径炸高下,进行了两种起爆方式的侵彻威力仿真。结果发现在多棱线性起爆方式下LEFP具有良好的外形和更强的侵彻威力,多棱线性起爆形成的LEFP侵彻威力相对单棱线性起爆的增益为5.2%以上。
Abstract:
The purpose is to obtain a linear explosively formed projectile(LEFP) with a good flying form under large standoff.The LS-DYNA3D finite element analysis software and the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE) algorithms are used to simulate the forming process of shaped charge liner initiated by more ridges and a single ridge.The head and trail axis speed-time curves of LEFP,speed grads of every liner curvature particulate and section forms under these two different blast ways are compared.The penetration power under different blast ways is simulated with a five-time charge caliber.The calculated results show that the LEFP initiated by more ridges has better shape and great penetration power.The penetration power of LEFP initiated by more ridges is 5.2 % higher than that by a single edge.
