摘要:
为了更好地研究单兵自动武器的刚柔耦合特性,该文基于ADAMS软件,建立了该枪械的虚拟样机模型,分析了其自动机的运动学和动力学特点,并探讨了间隙对自动机动力学的影响。结果表明该枪械的结构设计合理可靠;间隙的存在、相对运动部件间产生碰撞造成能量损失,从而导致枪机框x方向速度与理想状态不同,理想状态速度偏大、循环周期短,而含间隙模型仿真结果速度偏小、循环周期长;枪机框速度曲线的变化说明了间隙对自动机运动学、动力学特性产生了影响;在对单兵自动武器仿真设计中,有必要考虑运动件间隙因素。
Abstract:
To further study the rigid-flexible coupled features of an individual soldier automatic weapon,a virtual prototype is built by a simulation software—ADAMS.The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the automatic mechanism as well as the influence of the clearance between movements on the dynamics of the automatic mechanism are also analyzed.The results show that the framework design of the individual soldier automatic weapon is reasonable and reliable.Due to the existence of the clearance,the impact between the movements causes the loss of energy,and the x-velocity of the bolt carrier is different from the velocity in the ideal situation.Under the ideal conditions,the velocity is higher and the cycle is shorter,while the clearance is considered in simulation,the situations are contrary.The variation of the bolt carrier velocity curves demonstrates that the clearance has obvious effects on the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the automatic mechanism and it is necessary to consider the clearance between movements in the course of individual soldier automatic weapon simulation and design.
