摘要:
在以水为连续相的流体里注入少量空气,空气为离散相,研究了涡街流量计在这种两相流条件下的测量特性。试验在直径为50 mm的水平管道中进行,水的流量为6~12 m3/h,注入的气体体积含气率为3%~15%。涡街流量计同时用谱分析以及脉冲计数对水流量进行测量,并且对两种不同测量方式进行了比较。通过对试验数据的处理,分析了不同的含气率对涡街流量计测量误差的影响。
Abstract:
The measurement characteristics of vortex flowmeter are researched in two-phase flow under the conditions that water is a continuous phase and gas is a discrete phase which is injected into the fluid.The experiment is done in a 50mm-diameter level pipe when the water volume is during 6~12 m3/h and the gas volume fractions are during 3%~15%.The vortex flowmeter measures water volume by spectral analysis and pulse counting simultaneously and these two measurement modes are compared.The effects of different gas volume fractions on measurement error of vortex flowmeter are analyzed by processing experimental data.
