摘要:
采用溶液-水悬浮-蒸馏法,以氟橡胶F2311和丁腈橡胶(NBR)包覆2,4,6-三氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(TNPyO),利用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法、热重分析法、激光粒度测试仪和感度试验表征包覆前后TNPyO的结构和性能。试验结果表明,用F2311和NBR包覆后,TNPyO的热分解峰值温度分别下降7.5℃和7.1℃,分解热分别提高了66.4 J/g和19.8 J/g,分解深度减小。包覆后颗粒平均粒径增至5.244μm和5.883μm。在FTIR红外光谱中N-H特征峰分别蓝移3.8 cm-1和2.1cm-1,氮杂原子的特征峰蓝移13.5 cm-1。撞击感度由36%分别下降到20%和18%,摩擦感度由30%分别下降到12%和10%。
Abstract:
The 2,4,6-Triamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxide(TNPyO) is coated with fluorine rubber F2311 and nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) by means of the solution-water suspending-distillation method.The structures and properties of the TNPyO and coated ones are characterized with Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimetry,thermograimetry,laser particle sizer and impact and friction sensitivity.The results show that the decomposition peak temperatures of the coated TNPyO are reduced 7.5 ℃ and 7.1 ℃ respectively,the decomposition heats are respectively enhanced 66.4 J/g and 19.8 J/g,the decomposition depths are reduced compared with the uncoated TNPyO.It is found that the particles of the TNPyO become bigger.In FTIR spectra,N-H spectral characteristic absorption bands have 3.8 cm-1 and 2.1 cm-1 blue shifts,nitrogen atom in pyridine spectral characteristic absorption band has a 13.5 cm-1 blue shift.The impact sensitivity of the coated TNPyO decreases from 36% to 20% and 18% and the friction sentivity decreases from 30% to 12%and 10%,respectively.
