摘要:
通过分析永磁同步电机d-q 坐标轴数学模型,提出一种交流伺服控制系统闭环辨识电机交 直轴电感、定子电阻、转子磁链的方法,分析了非正弦磁通造成的电机模型误差、功率器件的开关死区 和编码器的电机转子位置反馈延时等对参数辨识精度的影响,并给出了相应的补偿方法。实验结果 表明,补偿后闭环辨识得到的电感随电流的变化曲线与有限元分析结果基本吻合,辨识出的电阻和磁 链与实际测量和计算值偏差很小,证明了该文参数辨识及补偿方法的有效性。由于所辨识到的参数 是控制电机运行时的等效参数,因此该文方法对控制器及电机的设计改进提供了依据。
Abstract:
By analyzing the d-q axis mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) ,a closed-loop identification method of quadrature-direct axis inductance, stator resistance and the rotor magnetic flux linkage is proposed for alternating current servo control an system. The influences of the motor model error caused by non-sinusoidal flux, the switch dead zone of inverter and the rotor position feedback delay caused by encoder on the parameter identification accuracy are analyzed. The compensation methods are introduced. The analytical and the experimental results show that, after being compensated, the identified inductance-current curves are consistent with the finite element analysis results. The identified resistance and flux are close to the measured values. These results confirm the validity of the method. The identified parameters are the equivalent parameters of the operating motor, so they can provide basis for design and modification of the controller and PMSM.
