摘要:
为了实验测量柔性撞击过程中的次撞击行为及其动力学响应,该文设计了一套多次弹塑性撞击实验系统。对该实验系统进行的三维动力有限元数值仿真结果表明,该系统可以激发出多次弹塑性撞击,有效地模拟几种典型构件之间的次撞击行为。采用数值仿真方法研究了测试梁材料、支承方式等对次撞击过程的影响,确定了满足实验要求的撞击力和梁位移测试性能指标。
Abstract:
A set of experimental system is designed for testing the sub-impact behavior and the systematic dynamical responses in the flexible impact process.The numerical 3-D dynamic finite element simulations show that the experimental system can excite multiple elastic-plastic impacts and effectively simulate the sub-impacts of several typical impact systems.The influence of the materials and the supporting ways of the test beam on the impact process is simulated and the performance index for testing the impact force and beam displacement are determined.
