摘要:
为了提高电液伺服系统的模型精度与准确度,对某爆破扫雷器电液伺服系统建模方法进行了研究。采用机理建模法,构造了电液伺服系统的传递函数,采用基于自适应神经模糊推理(Adaptive neuron-fuzzy inference system,ANFIS)和减法聚类的模糊神经网络(Fuzzy neural net-work based on subtractive clustering,Sub-FNN)方法,实现了电液伺服系统的智能建模。通过对模型均方根误差(Root mean square error,RMSE)和信号间方差比(Variance accounted for,VAF)性能指标的比较,表明基于减法聚类的模糊神经网络建模方法可以显著地提高模型精度。研究结果为实现电液伺服系统的控制奠定了基础。
Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy and precision of the model of electro-hydraulic servo system,several modeling techniques are proposed to identify the electro-hydraulic servo system of an explosive mine sweeper device.The transfer function is constructed using the first-principle method and the intelligent models are built using the adaptive neuron-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)and the fuzzy neural network based on subtractive clustering(Sub-FNN).Through comparisons of root mean square error(RMSE)and variance accounted for(VAF)performance,it shows that the Sub-FNN methods enhance the accuracy and precision of the model notably.The results lay the foundation of the controller design.
