摘要:
为了提高传统轧辊的质量和使用寿命,该文应用爆炸焊接技术研制开发出双金属复合轧辊,在轧辊基体上爆炸复合强度和耐磨性都较高的金属圆管,生产出一种新型爆炸焊接复合轧辊。经轧制生产线实际检验,发现与传统轧辊相比,该爆炸焊接复合轧辊的工作性能更具优势。
Abstract:
In order to improve quality and working life of traditional rollers,the explosive welding technology is applied to develop the bimetal compound roller here. A new kind of compound roller is produced by exploding a metal pipe with high composite strength and wear resistance on the substrate of the roller. The actual test of rolling production line shows that,compared with the traditional roller,the compound roller produced by the explosive welding technology has more advantages in working performance
