摘要:
由于分布式电源及可控能效负荷在城市配电网中的应用比例上升,传统降损方法已经不能满足要求。为此,该文充分考虑了分布式电源对配网网损的影响,在网络重构和无功补偿传统降损方法的基础上,重点计及可控能效负荷优化在配网降损中的作用,并加入变压器经济运行因素,构建了综合降损措施的数学模型。在求解模型时,将遗传算法融入到和声搜索算法中,有效优化了算法的收敛速度和求解能力。结合某城市10 kV配电网的实际运行情况,验证了该文提出的综合降损措施的优越性。结果表明,该文能效负荷管理技术可明显降低配电网的损耗。
Abstract:
In view of that the proportion of controllable energy efficiency load in the urban distribution network is higher and higher and traditional loss reduction methods can not meet the requirements,the influence of the distributed generator on the loss of distribution network is fully considered. Based on the traditional loss reduction methods of network reconstruction and reactive power compensation,the function of the controllable energy efficiency load optimization in the distribution network loss reduction is considered. Besides,the economic operation factors of transformer are added and the mathematical model of comprehensive loss reduction measures is established. The genetic algorithm is integrated into the harmony search algorithm to solve the model and the convergence speed and solving ability are improved. Combined with the actual operation of the 10 kV distribution network in a certain city,the superiority of the comprehensive loss reduction measures proposed in this paper is verified,showing that the energy efficiency load management technology can obviously reduce the loss of the distribution network.
