摘要:
针对铁路旅客运输服务质量的综合评价指标冗杂的问题,该文建立了新的指标体系,并提出了基于粗糙集正区域理论的属性约简模型。以中国“四纵四横”线路为例,基于旅客、企业和政府3种不同服务对象的需求,建立铁路旅客运输服务质量指标体系。利用粗糙集中的属性约简方法,简化质量指标体系。简化结果表明:列车运营速度与安全对于线路整体旅客运输服务质量影响最大,经济性指标与服务性指标次之。将该模型与R型聚类模型进行对比,结果发现类内相关系数高于R型聚类模型0.06,方差分析总均值高于R型聚类模型0.026 6,证明该属性约简模型的稳定性与可靠性更优。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of miscellaneous comprehensive evaluation index for railway passenger transport service quality,a new index system is established and an attribute reduction model based on rough set positive region theory is proposed. Taking the “Four Vertical and Four Horizontal”lines in China as an example,based on the needs of passengers,enterprises and the government,an index system of railway passenger transport service quality is established. The rough set attribute reduction method is used to simplify its index system. The results show that the speed and safety of train operation have the greatest influence on the quality of passenger transport service,followed by economic index and service index. Comparing the attribute reduction model with the R-type clustering model,the results show that the intra-class correlation coefficient of the attribute reduction model is higher by 0.06 than that of the R-type clustering model,and the total mean of variance analysis of the attribute reduction model is higher by 0.026 6 than that of the R-type clustering model,which proves that the attribute reduction model is more stable and reliable.
