摘要:
针对传统内能源转管机枪驱动阻力大、超高射频实现难的问题,结合导气式自动武器的工作特点和转管武器的结构特性,针对3管转管武器开展新型内能源旋转活塞驱动技术研究。基于枪炮发射内弹道理论和自动武器气体动力学理论,提出了采用旋转活塞的内能源转管武器驱动技术方案。建立了旋转活塞驱动技术方案的数值计算模型。综合考虑转管武器发射时的边界条件,通过数值计算分析得出了旋转活塞驱动方案的驱动性能。分析结果表明,针对3管转管武器采用旋转活塞驱动技术,可以在维持导气室低压力的前提下使身管组的转速最高提升80%。
Abstract:
Aiming at the large driving resistance and low firing frequency problems of traditional internal energy Gatling guns,a new type of internal energy rotating piston drive technology is developed for a 3 pipes Gatling gun according to working characteristics of air-guided automatic weapons and the structural characteristics of Gatling guns. A drive scheme using a rotating piston for a self powered revolving gun is proposed based on interior ballistic theory for launching guns and the gas dynamics for automatic weapons. A numerical calculation model for the rotary drive scheme of the piston is established. The technical characteristics of the driving scheme for the piston are obtained by numerical analysis considering the boundary conditions of the launching Gatling gun. The results show that the rotary piston drive technology can improve the rotation speed of the barrel group by 80% with the low pressure of the air guide chamber for the 3 pipes Gatling gun.
